This session will share a data-informed decision-making tool and processes used as part of an OSEP model demonstration project focused on coaching in early childhood programs. Guided by active implementation frameworks, the tool and processes have been designed to support leadership teams and coaches in inclusive early childhood programs serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with disabilities to implement Practice-Based Coaching Data-Informed Decision Making (PBC-DIDM) by considering the alignment of their coaching efforts and effects. Participants will learn about the PBC-DIDM effort and effect cascade tool and processes, and share their perspectives on the feasibility, acceptability, and usefulness of the tool for their work.
