The Coach Support Priorities Survey is completed by Coaches. It is one way to gather information about the effects (Are our efforts making a difference?) of the Leadership Team and Lead Coach efforts.
The content focus of Coach Community Meetings and Coach Learning Experiences is data-informed and often aligned with indicators of PBC-DIDM implementation described on the PBC-DIDM Implementation Profile and the Coach Support Priorities Survey.
